1. 📦 Orders & Dispatch

  • All orders placed are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. 🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a customer cancels the order before dispatch, the paid amount is non-refundable.

  • If a book is not in stock, Lucky Book Store reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a full refund will be processed (for prepaid orders).

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched, and no refunds will be issued.

3. 💵 Payment Options

  • We accept both Prepaid (online payment) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, a service charge of ₹30 applies per order.

4. 📬 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Delays due to courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen issues are not the responsibility of Lucky Book Store.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. 🔁 Returns & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with order number and clear photos.

  • After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

6. 💰 Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product availability may vary, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order.

7. 🔐 Privacy & Content Use

  • All content on this website, including images, logos, and product information, is the property of Lucky Book Store and cannot be reused without permission.

  • Customer data is used only for order processing and communication. We do not share personal details with third parties.

8. 📌 Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure correct and complete shipping details are provided at checkout.

  • Lucky Book Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the time of delivery.
